CoLab is managed more a club than an office and it is almost an open concept, nevertheless provides privacy when you need it. We have a conference room to hold meetings and conference calls. And, if you are an entrepreneur or you own your business, we offer private suites that can be rented for 6 to 12 months with access to the conference room and open space for informal coworking.

CoLab Orlando is located in the New Angebilt Building on the 6th floor in Downtown Orlando- Where Orlando’s history meets its future!



The Angebilt is a historic building in downtown Orlando, constructed between 1921 and 1923. It is listed in the city’s historical registry. When finished in 1923 as a hotel, The Angebilt Hotel was also the home of the first radio station in Orlando - WDBO. Also named for the phrase “Way Down By Orlando.”
The building was designed by the architect Murray S. King who was also Florida’s first registered architect. King gave the building a 20th century commercial style.

The original owner was Joseph Fenner Ange who moved to Orlando in 1913 from Martin Co., North Carolina. Ange sold his interest in the building two months after the opening. In November 1924 a group of Orlando businessmen purchased the hotel.

The new Angebilt was totally renovated in 1999 into upscale office space.

Location Description:
The new Angebilt is located on Orange Avenue and Wall Street in Orlando’s central business district. Within a few blocks of City Hall, the Orange County Courthouse, Orange County Library (downtown branch) and the Federal Building.
